Poppy seed muffins recipe betty crocker

I have not loved the feel of muffins (except for a couple of- tasty chocolate nick ones are extremely good). I usually preferred a cupcake as a substitute. So each time I'd walk into a loaves of bread, I'd only begin to see the lemon poppy seed muffins and become very disappointed :). A week ago I made the decision to get rid of it and started testing out recipes to create my very own cupcakes. I finally found a pleasant and straightforward one. I made some changes to really make it more puffy and lemon-y. It wasn't on your own however it was certainly very tasty and really should be shared :)

Step One: Ingredients

With this recipe, you'll need:
  • A yellow cake mix (I made use of Gloria Crocker)
  • Lime or lemon rind
  • 1/3 cup of unsalted butter
  • 1 1/4 cup water (I love to use rather less- among 1 cup and 1 1/4 cup)
  • 3 eggs
  • About 1/3 cup of poppy seed
A mixer along with a cupcake tin (obviously) may also be needed
