This XXL cookie is really simple. Seriously! Just throw reduced levels of sugar cookie ingredients right into a normal size bowl, stir, toss in the sprinkles, bake and BOOM! You’ve got your cookie large enough to talk about. Well, maybe. I certainly didn't share mine&...&.....

This cookie literally melts inside your mouth. It’s fluffy, soft, sweet, thick, soft, and buttery&... practically all of my cookie needs.

XXL Buttery Soft Sugar Cookie

Makes 1 large cookie, ideal for discussing. Or otherwise!

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tablespoons of butter, softened to 70 degrees
  • 3 Tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons of beaten egg (crack the egg, beat it, and employ 2 tablespoons of)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
  • 6 Tablespoons of all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon sodium bicarbonate
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 2 Tablespoons of sprinkles

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 levels. Spray cookie sheet with nonstick spray or make use of a silicone baking pad.
  2. Inside a medium-sized mixing bowl, stir the butter and sugar together until creamed. Add the egg and vanilla.

I attempted baking this on the Friday to be able to find out if it’d act as mothering sunday treat in my friend on Wednesday. It switched out GREAT! Initially I'd an excessive amount of flour, so I needed to include a lot of wet ingredients, alter a couple of things, but eventually I had been playing an easy golden cookie about 150% how big yours. It had been too large to consider from the cookie sheet, but everybody in the household grabbed the damaged sections and literally gobbled everything in the length of 5 minutes. My mother, who normally hates anything &"American-ly sweet&", announced it her favorite. The cookie was still being warm after i required the final piece. XD

Just made the XXL cookie. Wayyyy larger than I figured it might be but nonetheless good. Little tip (I didn’t consider this until after) only add some salt should you’re using unsalted butter. Kinda salty but nonetheless okay

I'm certainly baking this cookie a few days ago. I'm wondering if the cookie will be a good &"mailer&" basically wrapped the cookies very well and use them small pizza circles (card board circles).
