Trader joes mini peanut butter cups cookie recipe

Ingredients
2 cups flour
2/3 cup cacao (not Nederlander processed)
1 teaspoon sodium bicarbonate
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 sticks butter, softened
2/3 cup granulated sugar
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla flavoring
2 large eggs
1 12 oz box Trader Joe's Milk Chocolate Small Peanut Butter Cups (otherwise available you are able to substitute two glasses of peanut butter chips or chocolate peanut butter swirled chips or Reeses pieces)

Directions
Preheat oven to 325 and line two baking sheets with parchment paper

Inside a medium bowl whisk, flour, cacao, sodium bicarbonate and salt to mix
In bowl of electrical mixer cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy on medium speed, about 3 minutes. Scrape lower sides of bowl and add eggs individually beating to mix. Add vanilla and beat briefly to mix.
On low speed progressively add flour until fully incorporated.
Remove bowl from mixer and stir in peanut butter cups until distributed evenly.
Visit rounded teaspoons or use small (2 teaspoon) frozen treats scoop onto cookie sheets.
Bake for 9-11 minutes until the center of the cookies puff and appear set.
Awesome on sheets for 2 minutes before removing to wire racks to awesome completely.

NOTE: These cookies could be fragile. Follow cooling instructions or you'll find yourself having a mess of damaged cookies.
