Ingredients
Wonton Cups:
24 wonton wrappers
Essential olive oil spray
Salt for light dusting
Tuna Tartare:
9 ounces sushi-grade tuna, reduce 1/4-inch cubes
two tablespoons eco-friendly onions, eco-friendly parts only, finely chopped
two tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
two tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon fresh ginger root, peeled and grated
1 clove garlic clove, minced
3/4 teaspoon orange zest
1/2 teaspoon Sriracha (red chili sauce)
two tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 avocado, reduce 1/4-inch dice
2 teaspoons lime juice
Cilantro sprigs for garnish
Methods/Steps
Preheat oven to 350F.
Make Wonton Cups: Spray small muffin tins with essential olive oil. Spray (or brush gently) each side of every wonton wrapper with essential olive oil. Place wrappers in small-muffin tins. Bake until golden, about 6 minutes. (They are able to burn easily so watch carefully.) Remove cups from pan, sprinkle gently with salt and let awesome on the cooling rack.
Prepare Tuna Tartare: Mix tuna, eco-friendly onions, sesame seeds, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger root, garlic clove, orange zest, Sriracha, cilantro and salt together inside a medium bowl.
Assemble: Before prepared to serve, add avocado and lime juice towards the tuna mixture (Don't include advance or even the texture is going to be compromised). Lightly mix. Convey a heaping teaspoon from the tuna tartare in every wonton cup. Garnish having a sprig of cilantro. Put on serving platter and serve immediately.
