I had been just a little doubtful relating to this recipe, but fortunately I went ahead making it. I bending the quantity of mushrooms, and added two chopped eco-friendly peppers, when i wanted for their services up. Added 2 minced garlic clove cloves, Used Greek (strained) yogurt, once we don't have sour cream my home. Apart from that, adopted the recipe and it was happy using the final dish. The only real factor I'd change is always to make use of a pan which just supports the fish fillets - mine would be a little disseminate, despite the additional veggies, which therefore stuck just a little in the edges from the pan. I will make it can - it had been really simple - just the prep from the veggies was some time consuming.

We actually loved this dish! Everything went together so nicely. The sourcream parm cheese mixture were built with a great flavor, and also the mushroom saute would be a nice accessory for this. Thank you for posting!
