Ingredients

    For Cilantro Sauce
    1/4 c eco-friendly onions (scallions)
    1/4c Cilantro
    2 tablespoons of light Mayonnaise
    3 tablespoons of light sour cream
    1-2 limes
    Salt to taste
    1 garlic clove clove minced

Fish
2 3-4 oz mahi mahi or red snapper steaks
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon red pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic clove salt
4 6" - 8" corn tortillas
2 c cabbage

Directions

For Cilantro Sauce

Combine first 7 ingredients right into a bowl amd mix, put aside.

Fish
Season fish with cumin, coriander, paprika, red pepper & garlic clove powder, put on hot grill for 4 -a few minutes on every side (based on thickness). Make certain that you simply spray your grill with Pam or similar product. Once fish is cooked through warm the tortillas within the microwave. Cut fish lengthwise and put in tortillas.
