Fry fish recipe by faiza khan

15: fresh lemon juice 2 tbsp .

Recipe:

1: inside a bowl add ginger root garlic clove paste, fresh lemon juice, red chilli powder, turmeric, salt mix well and add some fish pieces marinate cover and for fifteen minutes.

2: inside a separate bowl crush the carom seeds with the aid of your palm and add it within the bowl, grain flour, gram flour, egg, yogurt, vinegar( it's optional if you would like can also add crushed red chilli 1/2 teaspoon, salt 1/2 teaspoon, yellow food colour 1/4 teaspoon)mix well to help make the batter and add water gradually to create a medium batter.

3: heat the oil and dip the fish within the batter, fry the fish pieces for five to six minutes on medium flame, till golden and crisp.

4: once fried put them in writing towel to empty the additional oil, sprinkle chaat masala and fresh lemon juice.

5: serve hot with onion rings, lemon wedges and eco-friendly chilli, enjoy :)
