1 cup of heavily sliced onions and 1 handful thinly sliced onions for garnishing

After cleansing the fish pieces, cover the fish pieces with a few salt and hang aside.
On the pan, heat oil. Add onions and fry before the onions turn slightly golden. Now add some salt, coriander and red chilli powder. Stir before the oil begins to float on the top.
Add some fish pieces and mustard paste, and prepare for some time.
Add some eco-friendly chillies,and yogurt. Sprinkle the sugar and stir for any bit. While stirring make certain the fish pieces don't break. Prepare before the water from the yogurt dries up, and also the dish turns gravy.
On the separate pan fry the main one number of thinly sliced onions before the onions turn dark golden brown. Sprinkle the fried onions ( beresta) on the top from the Doi Ilish when it's being offered.
