Tuna croquettes recipe low carb

TUNA PATTIES
2 6-ounce cans tuna, drained
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
two tablespoons mozzarella dairy product, 1/2 ounce
two tablespoons oil and/or butter

Mix all the ingredients in a tiny bowl chill a minimum of half an hour. Heat the oil along with a little butter inside a large skillet on about medium heat. Drop the tuna mixture by large spoonfuls in to the herbal. Flatten slightly and shape into patties. Fry about 3-4 minutes on every side until well-browned. Switch them very lightly and brown sleep issues. Serve with Tartar Sauce or sauce of your liking.

Makes 2-6 servings
