I am certain this recipe is scrumptious,and that i LOVE tuna BUT in the cost per lb. for tuna steaks, I wish to taste the tuna, not the seasonings. I personally use just a little salt and lots of fresh cracked pepper, just a little smoked paprika and that i hit it pretty hard with ground cayenne after which serve with attracted butter. The tuna flavor is appropriate in advance, enhanced although not hidden and absolutely scrumptious drizzled with the butter. Sometimes less is much better!
