Fried rice veg manchurian recipe by manjula

Vegetable pulav is a mixture of spicy vegetables with grain. A great dish for supper. If you're not within the mood to organize a large meal, use vegetable pulav like a one-dish meal. Serve with yogurt, pickle, papadam or chutney.

  • For grain
    • 1 cup basmati or lengthy grain grain
    • 2 cups water
