Ingredients (Yield: 4 servings)
two tablespoons corn starch, divided
4 tablespoons Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade Sauce, divided
1/2 pound medium-size shrimp, shelled and deveined
3/4 cup regular-strength chicken broth
two tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
2 stalks celery, cut diagonally into 1/4-inch slices
1 eco-friendly pepper, chunked
1 onion, chunked
1 tablespoon slivered fresh ginger root root
1 can (8 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
Instructions
- Combine 1 Tablespoons of. each corn starch and teriyaki sauce stir in shrimp.
- Blend remaining corn starch, teriyaki sauce and broth.
- Heat 1 Tablespoons of. oil in wok or large skillet over high temperature. Add shrimp and stir-fry one minute remove.
- Heat remaining oil in same wok. Add celery, eco-friendly pepper, onion and ginger root stir-fry 4 minutes. Stir in shrimp, pineapple and soy sauce mixture. Prepare and stir until mixture boils and thickens. Serve immediately.
