Put the cornmeal right into a sealable ziptop bag. Add some okra and shake to coat completely.

Add enough vegetable oil to some surefire or stainless skillet to be able to completely cover the foot of the pan. Place over medium heat as well as heat before the oil reaches 370 levels F. Add some okra all at one time and fry until golden brown on 1 side, roughly 6 minutes. Don't disturb before the bottom is golden brown. Turn the okra having a spatula and don't disturb until a lot of the other part is golden brown too, roughly three or four minutes. Now stir from time to time until all the okra is golden on every side, roughly another three or four minutes. Take away the okra in the pan having a slotted spoon or spatula to some cooling rack set on the newspaper-lined sheet pan. Season, to taste, with salt and permit to awesome for one to two minutes before serving.
