The good thing about cauliflower fried grain is always that you're eating ALL VEGGIES though it seems like a grain. I am talking about okay, it’s cauliflower, so yeah… it tastes like cauliflower… but barely. Should you season this baby the proper way, you’ll be fooling yourself. So eat just as much fried “rice” as you would like baby – since it is guilt-free!

Cauliflower Fried Grain [Vegan, Gluten-Free]

Ingredients

  • 1 mind cauliflower, reduce florets
  • 3 tbsp . sesame oil (pretty much for preference)
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce (pretty much for preference)
  • Salt (optional)

Preparation

  • By 50 Percent-3 batches, make use of your mixer to “pulse” the florets. You don’t wish to over-pulse it, since you would like it to obtain that grainy-grain texture. Put into a bowl and hang aside.
