Ingredients

  • → ajwain seeds 1 Teaspoons.
  • → Basmati Grain 2 Cup.
  • → salt .
  • → butter 1/2 Slice.
  • → cloves 2 Figures.
  • → garlic clove 5 Figures.
  • → ginger root 1 " .
  • → cabbage 1 Tablespoons.
  • → Capsicum or Eco-friendly Bell pepper 1 Figures.
  • → Beans 10 Figures.
  • → Carrot 1 Figures.
  • → water 3 Cup.
  • → onion 1/2 Figures.
  • → Eco-friendly chillies 5 Figures.
  • → Pepper ground 1 Teaspoons.

Directions

Soak the grain for 1/2 an hour or so. Prepare it in grain oven with the addition of 1tsp of oil, ajwain seeds, salt to tats and a pair of quantity of garlic clove. Once the grain is completed remove it and spread it inside a plate. Cut all of the vegetables long wise it ought to be thinner wide. Inside a pan add butter, saute cloves, onion, ginger root. garlic clove(shredded), eco-friendly chillies once the raw odor of ginger root and garlic clove is completed, add all of the vegetables and saute it until cooked Add lilltle salt into it. If u want u may add soy sauce in the finish. Mix this vegetable and grain well together with freshly ground pepper. Serve it with raita r any gravy.
