This recipe was great. I designed a double batch with 3 glasses of wheat grains flour and 1 cup of purpose flour. Also substituted 1 / 2 of the butter with apple sauce and 1/2 brown sugar and 1/2 splenda rather of standard sugar. It arrived on the scene moist and sampled great. Appreciate discussing.
