I lately reached study from a buddy that Lima beans are our Indian Chikkudukayalu. We obtain frozen lima beans (just beans without any skin) here. However the skin from the beans inside your photo seams to become those of French cut beans as offered here. Would you differentiate the kinds of beans for all of us? Vankaya-chikkudikaya koora is an extremely famous Andhrite dish most widely known among vegetarian households. I would like to publish pictures about this at some point within my blog.
Cheers
