Ingredients
- ¾ c. old-fashioned folded oatmeal
- ¾ c. whole-wheat flour
- ¾ c. all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoon. baking powder
- 1½ teaspoon. sodium bicarbonate
- ½ teaspoon. ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon. ground coriander
- ¾ teaspoon. salt
- ½ c. honey
- 2 tablespoons of. honey
- ½ c. buttermilk
- ½ c. canola oil
- 2 large eggs
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375 levels F. Coat a 12-cup muffin pan with cooking spray. Inside a large bowl, mix the oatmeal using the whole-wheat flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, sodium bicarbonate, cinnamon, coriander, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk the honey using the buttermilk, canola oil, and eggs. Pour the honey mixture in to the dry ingredients mix just until combined.
- Spoon the batter in to the prepared muffin cups and bake for around 18 minutes, until they are golden along with a toothpick placed into the middle of the muffins arrives clean. Allow the muffins awesome within the pan for around a few minutes, then transfer these to a rack. Serve warm or at 70 degrees.
