Crystals and Gemstones [ edit ]

What is the difference regardless of whether you choose Very or Philosopher's Stone regardless of the slot type? Can't allow it to be? [ edit ]
I've the right amount of crystals, the Ascension gift, the Fractal capacitor, and also the vial. However when I am going to Mystic forge it, I'm able to just use the very first three, the Vial shadows out. Putting it in anyway does not do anything whatsoever. How can this be? Within the description it's stated to become Account Bound however when it's outfitted on the character it might be Soulbound (thus meaning it's Soulbound on use) or it remains Account Bound?
Dunno what age this is as it is unsigned, but to my understanding most, if not completely, ascended products are account-bound only, meaning you are able to transfer them from character to character as lengthy as they possibly can equip them (level, light/medium/heavy armor, weapon type).
