It is not easy to peel Pineapple in your own home, but nowadays the vendors peel them for you personally. If you're able to get peeled Pineapple, then it will likely be super easy to create Pineapple Jam.

Cut the pineapple into small pieces and set them in to the mixer to create paste.
Remove the pineapple paste inside a glass bowl and add sugar into it. Cover the bowl and then leave it for one hour. The sugar will dissolve in to the pineapple paste up to a particular level.
Transfer the pineapple mixture in to the steel pan and set it within the stove. Continue stirring the mix at short times so the mixture don't sticks at the end from the pan.
When the mixture begins to boil and also the sugar will get completely dissolves in it, prepare it before the mixture reaches an amount of thick consistency. Test the mix if you take a small amount of the mix involving the thumb and finger and find out whether it feels sticky and forms a string on separating the 2. The jam is prepared. Switch off the flame. Allow it to awesome lower therefore it sets. For a moment drop it using the spoon it falls in clots.
