- 1 cup (250ml) milk

- two tablespoons (40ml) vegetable oil
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed

- Combine flour, white-colored sugar, baking powder and salt. Inside a separate bowl, mix together egg, milk, vanilla, vegetable oil and bananas.
- Stir flour mixture into blueberry mixture batter is going to be slightly lumpy.
- Heat a gently oiled fry pan over medium high temperature. Pour or scoop the batter to the griddle, using roughly 1/4 cup for every pancake. Prepare until pancakes are golden brown on sides serve hot.
