  • Milk - 1 ltr.
  • Mawa or Khoya - 100 gms. (1/2 cup, grated)
  • Maida - 100 gms. (1/2 cup)
  • Sugar - 400 gms. (2 cup)
  • Kesar - 20-25 pieces.
  • Yellow food colour - 1 pinch (optional)
  • Ghee - to fry.
  • Cardamom - 3-4 (grind)
  • Pistachios - 10-12 (chopped)

Method - Steps to make Mawa Malpua

Boil milk inside a deep pan till it will get thick and reduces to twoOr3 volume of it. Grate the mawa and blend it in to the milk. Allow it to awesome lower.
