ingredients (calculating cup used, 1 cup = 250 ml)

  • 2 medium-sized alphonso mangoes - yields approximately 1.5 cups pulp
  • 3 teaspoons black tea or 2-3 tea black tea bags
  • 4 cups water
  • ½ or ¾ tablespoons of fresh lemon juice or as needed
  • organic unrefined cane sugar as needed
  • a couple of mint leaves for garnishing

steps to make the recipe:

  1. peel and chop the mangoes.
