Pineapple fluff recipe with evaporated milk

1:Poor 2:Fair 3:Average 4:Good 5:Excellent

1 tin evaporated milk
1 pkt gelatin
1 tin crushed pineapple, or cubes chop up
5 tablespoons white-colored sugar

Boil the tin of evaporated milk in water, without having to open, inside a pan. Awesome and in fridge, preferably overnight.
Soak gelatin inside a little water after which increase half a mug of boiling water and dissolve the gelatin completely.

Open the tin of evaporated milk, add half a tin of cold water into it, and whisk within an electric beater, adding the gelatin mixture, progressively, and also the sugar, also progressively.

When mixture is light and fluffy, switch off the mixer and spoon within the pineapple, and pour right into a glass dish and chill to create.

I've discovered adding a packet of jelly, also improves the flavor-either pineapple flavor or lime. You can do this by dissolving the jelly inside a little warm water and progressively adding it towards the milk mixture because it is whisked
