Ingredients
Mince ½ kg
Tikka seekh kabab masala 2 tablespoons of
Roasted gram flour 2 tablespoons of
Egg 1
Coriander leaves chopped 2 tablespoons of
Ginger root garlic clove 1 tablespoons of
Salt 1 teaspoon
Chili powder 1 teaspoon
Turmeric ¼ teaspoon
Way of kofta
Mix together all in beef mince and grind well in chopper, make into balls, shallow fry for five minutes, remove and aside.
Ingredients for curry
Tomato plants ½ kg
Brown onion 6 tablespoons of heaped
Yogurt 3 tablespoons of
Chili powder 1 ½ teaspoon

Salt 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
Pinch of yellow color
Saffron ¼ teaspoon
Coriander leaves chopped 2 tablespoons of
Oil ½ cup
Allspice ½ teaspoon
Method
Inside a blender blend together brown onion, tomato plants and yogurt, keep aside, heat oil inside a pan add blended masala with salt, chili powder, coriander, cumin, fry well adding little water include the koftas and prepare for ten minutes add 1 ½ cup water, cover and prepare till gravy thick, add yellow color and saffron, allspice, garnish with coriander leaves.
