Preheat oven to 425°F. Unroll crust. Put on foil-lined 12-inch pizza pan. If required, press out any folds or creases. Brush crust about 1/2 from the beaten egg white-colored.
Mix 3/4 cup sugar, corn starch and cinnamon in medium bowl. Toss with apples. Spoon into center of crust, distributing to within 2 " of edges. Fold 2-inch fringe of crust up over apples, pleating or folding crust when needed. Brush crust with remaining egg white-colored sprinkle with 1 teaspoon sugar.
Bake twenty minutes or until apples are tender. Awesome slightly before serving.
Cooking tip
• Try adding 1/4 cup raisins, dried cranberries or dried cherries towards the fruit mixture.
Spiced Simpler Than Apple Cake: Prepare as directed. Use 1 1/2 teaspoons McCormick® Pumpkin Cake Spice or 1 teaspoon McCormick® Apple Cake Spice instead of the cinnamon.
