    A great and flavorful cake! I made the coconut-only option because that's my personal favorite. I added about 1 cup of coconut towards the filling since i love lots of coconut flavor. Used to do *try* to help make the whipped cream topping, but something went wrong for me personally. The very first time I whipped it, Used to do get soft peaks. However, once i added the extracts and sugar, the peaks collapsed it appears. I attempted to salvage it, however i could not and that i was from heavy cream. So. I capped the cake with flaked coconut. I'll repeat the process using the whipped cream - sometimes the high temperature outdoors appears to thwart my efforts.
