Lemon lush recipe cool whip

1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
1/2 c. ground pecans, plus 2 tablespoons of.
1 c. flour
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, soft
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Awesome Whip plus 1/2 c.
2 (3 3/4 oz.) pkgs. lemon instant pudding
3 c. cold milk

Step One: In a tiny bowl blend butter, 1/2 cup ground pecans, (reserving the two tablespoons for Step Four) and flour with dough blender until well mixed. Press well right into a 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Bake at 350 levels for fifteen minutes. Put aside to awesome.

Step Two: In normal size bowl or electric mixer, blend the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy. With wire whip fold 1 cup from the Awesome Whip, spread this mix within the layer of Step One.

Step Three: Pour 3 cups cold milk right into a bowl. Add both packages from the lemon instant pudding. Beat gradually with rotary beater or low speed of electrical mixer until well blended, a couple of minutes. Let stand a few minutes or until set, then spread this mix over layer of Step Two.

Step Four: Spread remaining 1/2 cup Awesome Whip like a thin layer over Lemon Lush and sprinkle with reserved two tablespoons of ground pecans total. Refrigerate overnight.

We like this recipe. For any litte more tartness, just use 2 1/2 glasses of milk along with a half cup of pure fresh lemon juice. There's nothing beats this. So light and creamy!
