My boy works at Capital Creations and it has during the last couple of years. I'm gluten-free and that i can't get their cornmeal crust simply because they use wheat flour within their crust like a binder. I'm also vegan. I am focusing on another version. Hope all went well!

This recipe was pretty simple to do, however i finished up with many different water that I needed to drain off to be able to spread the polenta around within the pan without splilling. Unsure whether it could have been better had I simply left it. This crust was wonderful! I finished up adding about 1/2 cup more cornmeal also it setup great.
