Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup warm milk (120° to 130°F)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic clove powder
  • 2 egg-whites, gently beaten
  • 1/4 cup essential olive oil, divided

Preparation Directions

  • COMBINE milk, sugar and yeast in large bowl. Add flour, salt, garlic clove powder, egg-whites and a pair of tablespoons oil. Beat on MEDIUM speed with electric mixer until dough all comes together.
  • DIVIDE dough into two balls. Coat each ball with remaining oil. Press into 2 (10-inch) round disks on baking sheets. Cover loosely with plastic wrap. Let increase in warm place half an hour.
  • HEAT oven to 425°F. Bake crusts eight to ten minutes or until gently browned. Add preferred toppings. Bake yet another seven to ten minutes until toppings start to brown.
