Gluten free polenta pizza base recipe

Gluten free polenta pizza base recipe

My boy works at Capital Creations and it has during the last couple of years. I'm gluten-free and that i can't get their cornmeal crust simply because they use wheat flour within their crust like a binder. I'm also vegan. I am focusing on another version. Hope all went well!

This recipe was pretty simple to do, however i finished up with many different water that I needed to drain off to be able to spread the polenta around within the pan without splilling. Unsure whether it could have been better had I simply left it. The crust is very smooshy (similar to a pasta crust could be) if you love a crunchy crust that you could get this Zza isn't for you personally. Anybody are conscious of in whatever way to really make it crustier at the base? Regardless, it really works ideal for me, since my daughter can't eat gluten products. Thank you for posting!

This crust was wonderful! I finished up adding about 1/2 cup more cornmeal also it setup great. I needed to do much more of a pour than pat for that batter, but it's the very best tasting gluten-free pizza crust I have found yet. I am going to test out italian seasoning within the crust and perhaps create a taco pizza using the next batch.
