Banana cookie recipe gluten free

Gluten-free Blueberry Cookies are not only seen scrumptious, they're full of the goodness of folded oatmeal, bananas, dried fruit and almond meal. Here’s steps to make these too-good-to-be-true gluten-free treats.

Gluten-free Blueberry Cookies
Makes 3 dozen small cookies
Prep time: ten minutes
Prepare time: 12-14 minutes
3 large, well-ripened bananas, mashed
1 teaspoon pure vanilla flavoring
cup canola or safflower oil
2 cups gluten-free folded oatmeal
23 cup almond meal
13 cup unsweetened coconut, finely shredded
teaspoon cinnamon
teaspoon fine grain ocean salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
13 cup semi-sweet choc chips
13 cup white-colored choc chips

1 cup dried cherries or particularly
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Combine bananas, vanilla flavoring and oil inside a large bowl.
3. Inside a medium bowl, combine the oatmeal, almond meal, shredded coconut, cinnamon, salt and baking powder. Add dry ingredients towards the wet mixture and mix. Add choc chips and dried fruit.
4. Drop 2-teaspoon-sized dollops a good inch apart onto a parchment-lined (or Silpat) baking sheet. Note: The dough won't be firm.
5. Bake 12-14 minutes, being careful to not burn the bottoms. Remove from oven and let stand before removing to awesome on wire racks.
Homemade Almond Meal and Oat Flour
Grind almonds inside a mixer or clean coffee grinder until preferred texture is arrived at. It ought to be like mud stop before it becomes almond butter! You may also grind oatmeal by doing this to produce your personal oat flour.
