On Father’s Day, my little sister introduced over some ingredients to create what she known as &"Chipotle’s salsa&". I had been obviously intrigued after which later delighted after i sampled it.

Pico de gallo is really an incredible salsa since you don’t daintily dip your nick. No, you scoop that salsa and revel in a scrumptious mouthful of tantalizing fresh flavors which makes you dive back in to the bowl. It requires all a few minutes to drag together and you may serve immediately or let is sit within the fridge a couple of hrs very flexible. The recipe requires Roma tomato plants but use that which you dress in hands.

Double (or triple ) this recipe for any crowd.

1 1/2 c Roma tomato plants, chopped (seeds removed)
1/2 c cilantro, chopped
2 1/2 Tbls jalapeno pepper, finely diced (leave seeds in if you would like spicier salsa)
1/2 red onion, finely diced
1/2 Tbls Kosher salt
2 Tbls fresh lime juice

Combine all ingredients and stir. Doesn’t have any simpler (or yummier)!
