I really like grilling vegetables, not just simply because they taste scrumptious, however i think it is quite handy to prepare a whole meal outdoors--- which is nice to prevent warming up your kitchen throughout the hot summer time several weeks. This can be a super quick side, virtually no time spent peeling, slicing, or dicing. Just halve your squash, combine your sauce, and obtain right lower towards the grilling business. This recipe (adapted from fooddownunder.com) doesn't demand any salt, however i really felt it needed some, and so i gave the squash an ample sprinkling of kosher salt after it came from the grill. Unless of course you're watching your sodium intake, I believe the taste certainly advantages of a great dose of salt.

The sauce is nice around the zucchini, though I didn't take care of it whatsoever around the yellow squash. My hubby (who's much more of a picky eater than I) didn't like either of these. 5 minutes a side involved the right grilling time.

Chose to make this tonight. super easy and extremely tasty. I'd serve this to company because it doesn't only taste good however with the grill marks it appears as though fancy restaurant food!

I loved the garlic clove and lemon combination, but my hubby thought the squash was too mushy. Even if I pointed out we're able to grill it at a lower price time, he still rated it a 3 from five stars. As I rated it as being a five star reciep, my DH rated it as being a 3 star. We're compromising on 4 stars.
