Easy homemade pizza recipe in hindi

Indian pizza is a straightforward Homemade Pizza Recipe. Pizza is made of capped with pizza sauce, vegetables and a lot of Mozzarella cheese after which cooked on Tawa. Pizza is loved by all and don’t worry even though you may not have access to oven within your house, then too you may make an excellent pizza on tawa and find out the way i did a great utilization of normal Indian tawa / griddle. Servings. 2 Indian pizzas

Ingredients:

  • 2 pizza base
  • 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce
  • 2 teaspoon butter
  • 1 onion thinly chopped
  • 2 eco-friendly chillies thinly chopped
  • 1 " ginger root Julienne
  • 1/2 capsicum thinly chopped
  • 2 tablespoon yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup paneer cubes (optional)
  • 1/2 tomato thinly chopped (remove pulp)
  • 2 tablespoons of sweet corns (steamed)
  • 4 tablespoons of mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon essential olive oil
  • Salt according to taste

For seasoning you'll need:

  • 1 teaspoon fresh oregano
  • 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
  1. Heat the oil inside a non-stick pan and saute eco-friendly chillies and ginger root julienne for couple of seconds.
  2. Add onion, capsicum, peppers and thinly chopped tomato.
  3. Chuck the ball vegetables with salt as reported by the taste.
  4. Prepare on medium high flame until vegetables tenders.
  5. Now add steamed sweet corns and cubes of paneer.
  6. Mix lightly and prepare just for 2 more minutes.
  7. Turn off the gas, take away the mixture in the flame and divide into two equal parts.
  8. Go ahead and take pizza bases, apply little quantity of butter and spread the pizza sauce evenly on pizza bases.
  9. Spread the equal quantity of pizza topping/mixture on every pizza base.
  10. Finally top with 2 tablespoons of of mozzarella cheese.
  11. Heat the tawa or griddle on medium high temperature and grease with little quantity of butter.
  12. Place one pizza around the hot tawa and then leave to prepare on low flame for six-7 minutes.
  13. Cover the pizza with any U formed vessel from upside lower.
  14. Sign in between. Once the cheese starts melting, remove pizza from tawa and put on the serving plate.
  15. Reduce preferred pieces, sprinkle some fresh oregano and chilli flakes and serve immediately.
  16. Repeat the process with another pizza too.

Chef Tips:

  1. Vegetable/canola or sunflower oil may be used rather of essential olive oil.
  2. You may make this same style pizza in both the pan or perhaps in the oven too.
