Recipe for no cook homemade vanilla ice cream

Whisk all ingredients inside a 2-quart pitcher or large bowl until blended. Cover and chill half an hour.

Pour milk mixture into freezer container of the 1-quart electric ice-cream maker, and freeze based on manufacturer's instructions. (Instructions and occasions will be different.)

Remove container with frozen treats from ice-cream maker, and put in freezer fifteen minutes. Transfer for an airtight container freeze until firm, about 1-to-1 1/2 hrs.

Note: For testing purposes only, we used an adversary 4-quart Durable Plastic Bucket Bread Maker along with a Cuisinart Automatic Frozen Yogurt-Frozen Treats Sorbet Maker.

No-Prepare Chocolate Frozen Treats: Omit sugar, vanilla, and dairy. Add 2 cups whole chocolate milk and a pair ofOr3 cup chocolate syrup. Proceed as directed. Makes 1 quart.

No-Prepare Chocolate-Almond Frozen Treats: Prepare No-Prepare Chocolate Frozen Treats as directed. Remove container with frozen treats from ice-cream maker, and put in freezer. Freeze fifteen minutes. Stir 3/4 cup toasted sliced almonds into prepared frozen treats. Devote an airtight container freeze until firm. Makes 1 1/4 quarts.

No-Prepare Turtle Frozen Treats: Prepare No-Prepare Vanilla Frozen Treats as directed. Stir 1/4 cup caramel sauce into prepared frozen treats. Remove container with frozen treats from ice-cream maker, and put in freezer. Freeze fifteen minutes. Microwave 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate morsels and 1 teaspoon shortening inside a microwave-safe glass bowl at HIGH one minute. Stir until smooth. Place 3/4 cup toasted chopped pecans on the parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Drizzle pecans with melted chocolate. Freeze a few minutes. Enter bite-size pieces. Stir chocolate-and-pecan pieces into frozen treats. Devote an airtight container freeze until firm. Makes 1 1/2 quarts.

No-Prepare Fig-Mint Frozen Treats: Prepare No-Prepare Vanilla Frozen Treats as directed. Remove container with prepared frozen treats from ice-cream maker, and put in freezer. Freeze fifteen minutes. Stir together 2 cups chopped peeled fresh figs, 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice, two tablespoons sugar, and a pair of teaspoons chopped fresh mint. Stir mixture into prepared ice-cream mixture. Devote an airtight container freeze until firm. Makes 1 1/2 quarts.

Note: We used Black Mission Figs any fresh figs in season should operate in this recipe, including eco-friendly figs.

No-Prepare Peach Frozen Treats: Omit vanilla and sugar, and lower dairy to at least one 1/4 cups. Process 4 peeled, sliced medium-size fresh ripe peaches or 1 (15.25-ounce) can peaches see how to avoid syrup, drained, with two tablespoons sugar 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice and 1/4 teaspoon salt inside a blender or mixer until smooth. Stir into milk mixture with 3/4 cup peach nectar. Proceed as directed. Makes 1 1/2 quarts.

No-Prepare Strawberry Frozen Treats: Omit vanilla, and lower dairy to at least one 1/2 cups. Process 1 (16-ounce) container fresh bananas or 1 (16-ounce) package thawed frozen bananas, two tablespoons fresh lemon juice, and 1/4 teaspoon salt inside a blender or mixer until smooth. Stir into milk mixture. Proceed as directed. Makes 1 1/2 quarts.

No-Prepare Coconut Frozen Treats: Omit vanilla and sugar, and lower dairy to at least oneOr2 cup. Whisk 1 (13.5-ounce) can coconut milk, two tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice, and 1/4 teaspoon salt into milk mixture. Proceed as directed. Serve frozen treats with toasted coconut, shaved chocolate, or chopped macadamia nuts. Makes 1 quart.

Note: To create a tropical sundae, top coconut frozen treats with sliced bananas, mango slices, and pineapple chunks.
