An excellent recipe for any folded pork roast like that relating to Costco that are usually just a little dry tough. The sauce could be thickened having a flour/water sauce for any flavorful gravy with pepper added. No salt is essential because the condensed soup adds plenty! Sometimes I add 1/2 pkg dry onion soup mix sprinkling it directly on the meat before cooking, Increase spices based on your taste.

- 1 tablespoon rosemary oil
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic clove powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 ounce) can golden cream of mushroom soup
- 2 teaspoons much better than bouillon. Beef flavor
- 1 cup warm water
- 8 ounces fresh sliced mushrooms
- 1 folded pork loin roast (about four to five lb)
- 1 ounce dry onion soup mix (1/2 pkg )
Chose to make this as written having a couple of adjustments. I overlooked the rosemary oil, mushrooms, dry onion soup mix and also the can of cream of mushroom soup. Used a couple 1/2 pound pork loin roast, added a chopped onion, 2 medium taters cubed and three carrots sliced. Cooked on low for six hrs and enjoyed the smell throughout the day. Arrived on the scene moist with wonderful flavor and tender vegetables. Using 1 can of golden mushroom soup and 1 cup of beef broth there is lots of thick gravy. Thanks !
Wow! It was so great and thus easy! I adopted the recipe to some tee, except for adding taters, carrots, celery, onions, peas and corn round the roast at the beginning of cooking. I'll certainly make this over and over!
It was great. I adopted the recipe other i then did not use rosemary oil when i didn' t have and that i used an entire packet of onion soup when i did not understand it stated half until I would rate this. We actually enjoyed reading this and extremely loved the gravy.
