Instructions
- Inside a medium size pot add 1 quart of milk, 2 cinnamon sticks, 1 lemon peel, and 5 ounces of sugar.
- Take it to some slow boil. Stir to dissolve the sugar.
- When beginning to boil, switch off heat and hang the pot aside. Take away the lemon peel and also the cinnamon sticks.
