Ingredients:

  • 1 loaf Turkish bread
  • Essential Olive Oil to spray or brush
  • 1 rsp flaky salt
  • teaspoon ground cumin or dried mixed herbs

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Cut turkish bread into 1cm-thick slices. Spray or brush each side with essential olive oil, sprinkle with flaky salt and cumin or dried mixed herbs and bake in one layer until gently golden and crunchy (about twenty minutes).
  2. Awesome and store within an airtight container. Crostini keeps fresh for a few days and could be refreshed inside a 180°C oven for ten minutes.
