How to make pav bhaji recipe

Pav Bhaji is an extremely popular Indian chaat/street food dish. Generally obtainable in many road side cafes and restaurants, it is made from vegetables cooked in number of spices and offered having a toasted pav (bun).

Ingredients:
Pav Buns five to six
Onion 1 cup, finely chopped
Tomato plants 1 cup, finely chopped
Taters 1 cup, steamed, peeled, mashed
Eco-friendly Peas 1/4 cup, steamed
Cabbage 1/2 cup, shredded
Pav Bhaji Masala Powder 1/2 tblsp
Coriander Powder 1 tblsp
Cumin Powder 1/2 tblsp
Red Chilli Powder 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander Leaves 1 cup, chopped

Fresh Lemon Juice two to three teaspoon
Capsicum 1/4 cup, chopped (optional)
Ginger root 1 teaspoon, grated
Garlic clove Paste 1/2 teaspoon
Eco-friendly Chillies 1, finely chopped
Water 1/4 cup or as needed
Salt according to taste
Oil as needed

Method:
1. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil inside a pan.
2. Saute the onions until pink.
3. Add garlic clove paste and fry for 45 to a minute.
4. Add tomato plants, coriander powder, red chilli powder, pav bhaji masala, cumin powder and salt.
5. Prepare for any minute.
6. Add some other vegetables and prepare.
7. Cover the pan having a lid and simmer for five minutes.
8. Take away the lid and mash the vegetables well.
9. Add water and capsicum.
10. Following a minute, mash again till capsicum is well blended.
10. Add fresh lemon juice and coriander leaves.
11. Slit the pav buns and spread butter around the insides.
12. Put them on the hot tawa and prepare up until the insides are golden brown.
13. Garnish with onions and coriander leaves.
14. Serve hot.
