You're here: Home / Recipes / Chicken Recipes / Pininyahang Manok sa Gata (Pineapple Chicken in Coconut Milk)

Pininyahang Manok sa Gata or Chicken with pineapple cooked in coconut milk is the best Filipino dish that you could get ready for lunch throughout the weekend or anytime each week. This dish is tasty and thus colorful it satisfies your eyes and tastebuds &- as well as your hungry tummy.

This Pininyahang Manok sa Gata recipe is really a variation in our first pininyahang manok recipe (in which we used fresh milk). Both version are great, which is as much as you to select that you simply like the majority of one of the two versions.

I love to have piniyahang manok sa gata over warm grain. I figured the mixture of coconut milk, pineapple, and also the vegetables is ideal. This jogs my memory in our pinoy chicken curry recipe (minus the curry), that we really loved.

Do this Pininyahang Manok Recipe. Cheers!
