Watermelon is the best summer time fruit for cocktails. To begin with, it’s crazy-refreshing (it also has water in the name). Second, its sweet, fruity flavor pairs with a variety of spirits from vodka to tequila to rum. Third, its rosy hue is irresistible.

Watermelon creates a scrumptious drink with no complex syrups or bitters. Here, three crazy-simple watermelon cocktails that anybody could make.
