Prepare Ingredients Edit

  1. If using tofu, prepare it.
  2. Prepare the grain while you would, but take care not to use sinking. The grain shouldn't be too sticky. Assistance to allow the cooked grain sit overnight within the refrigerator.
  3. If using onions, dice them into whatever size you want.
  4. If using bok choy, separate the stalk part in the leaf part. Slice the leaf part crosswise into 3/4-inch-thick strips, then tear the strips into 2-inch pieces. These pieces is going to be treated similar to the bean sprouts, though possibly with a little more cooking. The stalk part is going to be treated as celery.
  5. If using bean sprouts, wash them and discard any that aren't white-colored and crunchy.
  6. If using meat, slice into preferred sized pieces and prepare.

  1. Give a generous quantity of oil to some large fry pan, greater than you believe you'd have to avoid sticking. If using a kind of sausage or any other excessively fatty meat, much less oil may be required due to the quantity of fat.
  2. Add some grain. Prepare within the stove on medium high to high temperature.
  3. Add some soy sauce, meat(s), eggs, and all sorts of vegetables save for that onions and bean sprouts.
  4. Add pepper, a pinch or a couple of sugar, and optionally some added salt.
  5. Add some tofu, bean sprouts, and onion once the grain is nearly done (for the way fried you would like them) fostering to not overcook them.
