1 finely chopped Eco-friendly Chilli (Hari Mirch)

1/2 teaspoon Pepper Powder

1 pinch Ajinomoto (MSG), optional

1 teaspoon + for deep frying Oil

2 teaspoons crushed Ginger root

2 Eco-friendly Chillies (Hari Mirch), slit and reduce halves

1 tablespoon minced Garlic clove (Lasoon)

two tablespoons finely chopped Spring Onion

1 tablespoon Oil

two tablespoons Soy Sauce

1/2 tablespoon Chilli Sauce

two tablespoons Tomato Ketchup

1 teaspoon Pepper Powder

two tablespoons Cornflour (corn starch)

1 cup + 2 cups Water

Directions to make Manchurian Balls:

Have a bowl, add shredded carrot, shredded cabbage, chopped capsicum and chopped eco-friendly chilli, 1 teaspoon oil, pepper powder, a pinch of ajinomoto (MSG), maida, cornflour and salt.

Mix all ingredients correctly. Prepare small round formed balls in the mix. Don't add water within the mix to make balls as water from vegetables is going to be sufficient to bind them. In situation mix isn't binding correctly and small balls can't be made, then add water within the mixture.

Heat oil inside a kadai (pan). Deep fry prepared balls on medium flame until they turn golden brown. Drain excess oil and transfer these to plate (spread kitchen serviette on plate to soak up excess oil).

Directions to make Gravy for Vegetable Manchurian:

Dissolve two tablespoons cornflour inside a 1 cup standard water.

I've prepared manchurian ball however it got tuff, quantity was 600 gm maida, 500 gm cabbage and a pair of tablespoons corn flour.

How come we using corn floor?

The recipe works perfectly. however I didn't deep fry cauliflower for your health. Basically might have tried it then recipe could be like restaurant style.
