Coriander Powder 2 teaspoon
Cumin Powder 1 teaspoon
Garam Masala 1 teaspoon
Red Chili Powder to taste
Dry Mango Powder (Amchur) 1/2 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Cilantro 5 sprigs, chopped for garnishing

1. Heat Oil inside a medium non-stick pan.
2. Add Cumin Seeds and permit them to sizzle.
3. Add Asofoetida, Turmeric Powder and Onions &- mix well and sautee for several-4 minutes.
4. Add Ginger root and Garlic clove &- mix and sautee until Oil begins to outside of the onions (stir frequently).
5. Add Tomato plants &- mix and prepare until Oil again separates in the mixture (stir frequently).
6. While tomato plants are cooking, place Taters inside a microwave safe bowl w/ cover, sprinkle just a little salt, add 1/4 cup water and microwave for approximately 3-a few minutes (they must be 1/2 cooked).
7. Place washed Cauliflower florets inside a microwave safe bowl w/ cover and prepare for approximately 3-a few minutes (it ought to be 1/2 cooked). Gently Salt the Cauliflower even though it is still warm.
8. Once Oil has separated in the tomato mixture, add Coriander Powder, Garam Masala, Red Chili Powder, Cumin Powder, Dry Mango Powder and Salt &- mix well.
9. Add half-cooked Taters, mix well to coat all taters, cover and prepare for five minutes (or before the taters are tender although not breaking up).
10. Add Eco-friendly Peas and half-cooked Cauliflower and blend well to evenly coat the cauliflower &- cover and prepare until all veggies are tender although not mushy and failing.
11. Garnish with chopped Cilantro Leaves and serve with Chapatti, Paratha or Grain and Daal.

Cooked cauliflower and taters don't freeze mainly because when you defrost it, they have a tendency to interrupt apart and be mushy.

Finally, found the recipe which i was searching for. This is the way I learnt it as being a child dry sabji however with Onion-Tomato but other sites had other simple versions.
