  • Fresh curd - 500 gms.
  • Sugar - 100 gms. (powdered)
  • Kesar - 10-15
  • Milk - 1 table spoon.
  • Cardamom - 3-4
  • Pistachios - 4-5 (chopped)
  • Almonds - 4 (chopped)

Method - Steps to make Shreekand Recipe

Pour the new curd inside a cloth(silk or muslin) and tie up. Hang the material for just two hrs and squeeze with hands to strain all of the water from this.

Dip kesar within the milk and then leave it aside.

Remove the curd inside a bowl and add sugar, cardamom into it. Mix them well using the curd.

Putthe kesar milk in to the curd mixture and whisk well. Avoid wasting chopped almonds and pistachios and set the remainder of them in to the curd mixture.

Shreekhand is prepared. Transfer the dish inside a serving bowl and garnish with remaining almonds and pistachios. Keep your bowl within the fridge to relax the recipe for just two hrs. Remove it after 2 hrs and serve the chilled Shreekhand for your family within the dessert.
