
An excellent mixture of steamed mixed vegetables and wholesome Punjab-De-Flavors, te Patiala Da taste, altogether are within my Mixed Vegetables-Patiala Style Recipe. I have tried personally eco-friendly peas, french beans, carrots, cauliflower and taters. You can include your preferred vegetables and obtain the flavour of your liking. Simply appreciate it with grain, roti or naan.

Ingredients :
- 2 cups steamed mixed vegetables (cauliflower, beans, eco-friendly peas, carrot, taters)
- 2 eco-friendly chillies finely chopped
- 1 tablespoons of ginger root paste
- 1 tablespoons of garlic clove paste
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 1 eco-friendly bell pepper (diced)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoons of cornflour
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 2 tablespoons of ghee
- Fresh coriander leaves chopped
- Salt to taste
- Melt the ghee inside a big fry pan and saute the chopped onion.
- After couple of seconds, add ginger root-garlic clove paste and eco-friendly chillies.
- Saute for couple of more seconds.
- Prepare up until the onions turns soft.
- Now add some steamed vegetables, bell pepper, milk, sugar, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and cinnamon powder.
- Dilute the cornflour in 1 cup water and add in to the mixture.
- Prepare for three or four minutes over moderate heat.
- Finally garnish the dish with chopped coriander and serve hot.
Chef Tip:
- Serve this scrumptious Punjabi dish with butter naan or roti / chapati.
- I've managed to get medium thick gravy dish. If you would like thin gravy adding a bit more water.
