This can be a beautiful method to prepare and serve an entire row of lamb cutlets. You will have to purchase the cutlets out of your butcher or even the butchery department of the supermarket since, normally, lamb cutlets are offered already separated. For any crunchy coating press 8 tablespoons fresh breadcrumbs in to the mustard mixture before roasting.
