Lauki ka Kofta (Gourd Kofta) is scrumptious. Most people do not like guard recipe.Kofta. But everybody keen on guard kofta. Let us today prepare Guard Kofta recipe.

Ingredients for (Lauki Ke Kofte Recipe) Gourd Kofta Recipe

  • Gourd- 1/2 Kg
  • Besan- 150 Gms
  • Eco-friendly Chilli- two to three (Reduce small pieces)
  • Ginger root-1 " long
  • Greem coriander-1 table spoon (sliced)
  • Salt- (Based on taste)
  • Oil- To fry.

Steps to make (Lauki Ke Kofte Recipe) Gourd Kofta Recipe

Grate the guard and set the guard, the eco-friendly chilli, ginger root, coriander, besan and salt inside a bowl and blend them correctly. Leave the masala for five minutes. The mix for kofta is prepared.

Place the oil within the fry pan as well as heat the pan. Take one tablespoon mixture and set it within the pan. Turnover and fry rid of it until it turns brown. Then remove it inside a plate. Follow this process for all of remaining koftas.

For Tari

  • Tomato- 4 (400 Gms)
  • Eco-friendly Chilly- two to three
  • Ginger root-1 " long
  • Curd- 1 bowl
  • Oil- 1 tablespoon
  • asafetida- 1-2 pinch
  • Coriander Powder- 1/2 small spoon
  • Turmeric Powder- 1/2 small spoon
  • Coriander Powder- 1 small spoon
  • Garam masala- 1/4 small spoon
  • Red Chilli Powder- 1/4 small spoonv
  • Greem coriander-1 table spoon
  • Salt- (Based on taste)

Method

Grind the tomato, eco-friendly chilli and ginger root inside a grinder finely.

Place the oil inside a pan as well as heat the pan. Place the cumin seed and asafetida in to the pan. Following the cumin seed is correctly fried within the oil then place the turmeric powder, coriander powder and red chilli in it. Continue stirring using the stirring spoon and fry rid of it. Now place the tomato paste in to the masala and prepare it before the masala release the oil. Add some curd in to the masala and continue stirring. If this starts boiling, pour one glass water in to the masala. Continue stirring till it boil again. Mix the salt and garam masala in to the masala.

Now place the guard kofta in to the tari that you simply prepared before. and boil the tari for two to three minutes. Switch off the burner. The Gaurd Kofta Recipe is prepared now.

Remove the (Lauki Kofta Curry) Guard Kofta Curry inside a bowl and garnish it using the eco-friendly coriander. You may also eat this recipe using the bread, chapatti and nann.
