- Bechamel Sauce:
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, plus two tablespoons for that lasagna

- 4 cups dairy at 70 degrees

- 1/4 cup extra-virgin essential olive oil
- 1 pound ground chuck beef

- 1 1/2 pounds ricotta cheese
- 3 large eggs
- 1 pound lasagna sheets, cooked al dente
- 2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen chopped green spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan
- Simple Tomato Sauce:
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin essential olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic clove, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 carrot, chopped
- Ocean salt and freshly ground pepper
- 2 (32-ounce) cans crushed tomato plants
- 2 dried bay leaves
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, optional
Preheat oven to 375 levels F.
Inside a 2-quart pot, melt 5 tablespoons butter over medium heat. When butter has completely melted, add some flour and whisk until smooth, a couple of minutes. Progressively add some milk, whisking constantly to avoid any protuberances from developing. Still simmer and whisk over medium heat before the sauce is thick, smooth and creamy, about ten minutes. Simple Tomato Sauce:
Inside a large casserole pot or Nederlander over, heat oil over medium high temperature. Add onion and garlic clove and saute until soft and translucent, about five to ten minutes. Add celery and carrots and season with pepper and salt. Saute until all of the vegetables are soft, about five to ten minutes. Add tomato plants and bay leaves and simmer uncovered on low heat for one hour or until thick. Remove bay leaves and appearance for seasoning. If sauce still tastes acidic, add unsalted butter. 1 tablespoon at any given time to complete the tastes.
Add 1/2 the tomato sauce in to the bowl of the mixer. Process until smooth. Continue remaining tomato sauce.
Otherwise using all of the sauce, let it awesome completely and pour one to two cup portions into freezer plastic bags. This can freeze as much as 6 several weeks.
